Damages / Defective Issues

If any product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will give you further instructions. 

Your satisfaction is our priority, so if you are unsatisfied with your shopping experience, contact us and we will try sort out any issues. 

Non-Returnable Items

As of now, we do not accept returns of any used, opened items, skincare items, and also on any items which were purchased on sale. 

Partial returns of products part of a set are not allowed. For example, you cannot return a Bald Boss only which is part of a three piece set.

Return Guidelines: 

  • No returns or refunds will be issued for used products.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Where Free Shipping was applicable, this will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Items opened, tampered with, marked with non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
  • Duties on International orders are your responsibility. No refunds will be issued to duties being unpaid or rejected.
  • No returns or refunds will be issued for items purchased on promotional / sale items, discount codes used at check out or gift vouchers.

BaldBros LTD is not responsible for any reaction to any of our ingredients included in our products. 

Please make sure to check the label for a list of full ingredients before use, and if you do have any sort of reaction, stop using it immediately.

We have 2 different options you can take with our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please get in touch with us beforehand and inform us which option you would like to take.

Option 1:

If for any reason you don't like The Bald Express Head Shaver, please return to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (to the address below).

Once we have received The Bald Express head shaver it will be inspected, whereafter we will issue a refund. 

Option 2:

We can issue you with a store credit for your next order of our products to the full amount you paid for your head shaver.

Once we have received The Bald Express head shaver it will be inspected, whereafter we will issue a refund.

Returns Eligibility:

If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new head shaver, return it for a refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us and someone from our team will be happy to help you process that request. 

The Bald Brothers does not provide return shipping labels and does not cover the cost of return shipping or handling.

The Bald Express & Bundles & Accessories

All Bald Express™ shavers and accessories must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Blade Refills

All blade refills must be returned unopened in new condition. 

How To Process A Return:

Please follow the below 5 steps in order to be eligible for your refund:

  1. Fill out our contact form or email support@thebaldbrothers.com with your name, order number, and your request for a return for a refund or store credit, so we can confirm your eligibility for a return, and connect you with a support specialist.
  2. Place the items you would like to return back in the original packaging, with all components just as you received them.
  3. Make sure your name and order number are clearly visible within or on the return parcel so our returns warehouse can verify who the return is for.
  4. Once your return request is approved, our support specialist will provide you with the return shipping address.
  1. Email us a photo of your returned parcel’s shipment receipt or provide us with its active tracking number.

Your funds will be deposited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days if you have decided to take the refund.
