We warrant to the person who originally purchased the products listed below, that those products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to these conditions. To approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met: (1) you must have purchased the product from store.thebaldbrothers.com; (2) you must provide proof of your product purchase date; (3) if requested, you must return the product to the authorized dealer; and (4) you must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions.
If a defect occurs under these circumstances and during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, replacement parts, or accessories. Normal wear and tear is not warranted.
1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD
The Bald Express™ Shaving Kit comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If your product arrives defective in any way, or does not work as intended, please get in touch with us immediately.
All purchasers of The Bald Express™ Shaving Kit are entitled to a 12 month warranty period. Please be aware that this warranty is only applied to your shaver machine. The attachments & travel case are free accessories, and are not included in the warranty.
Skincare products are not eligible to this warranty period.
2 MONTHS WARRANTY PERIOD
The Bald Express™ Blade Replacement products come with a 2 month warranty period.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email at support@thebaldbrothers.com and we will start the process with you. Thereafter, allow us 14 business days to inspect your returned product, and to then confirm that all is in order.
