Refunds & Returns

Damages / Defective Issues

If any product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will give you further instructions. 

Your satisfaction is our priority, so if you are unsatisfied with your shopping experience, contact us and we will try sort out any issues. 

Non-Returnable Items

As of now, we do not accept returns of any used, opened items, skincare items, and also on any items which were purchased on sale. 

Partial returns of products part of a set are not allowed. For example, you cannot return a Bald Boss only which is part of a three piece set.

Return Guidelines: 

  • No returns or refunds will be issued for used skincare products.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Where FREE Shipping was applicable to your order, this will be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer.
  • Items opened, tampered with, marked with non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
  • Duties on International orders are your responsibility. No refunds will be issued to duties being unpaid or rejected.
  • No returns or refunds will be issued for items purchased on promotional / sale items, discount codes used at check out or gift vouchers.

BaldBros LTD is not responsible for any reaction to any of our ingredients included in our products. 

Please make sure to check the label for a list of full ingredients before use, and if you do have any sort of reaction, stop using it immediately.

The Bald Express & Bundles & Accessories

All Bald Express™ shavers and accessories must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Blade Refills

All blade refills must be returned unopened in new condition. 

If you have decided to take a refund and have returned the products, your funds will be deposited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after we have received the products into our warehouse.
