Are your products safe to use?

Of course. They contain no harmful chemicals, no animal testing and zero animal products. They are proudly 100% vegan.

Do your products contain any fragrances?

Nope. We personally found that certain fragrances just do not react well to our skin types. And every person's skin is different, so it's better off to never use any sort of fragrance. So you will not have any overpowering smell whatsoever. The only scent you will get is from the natural extracts used, but these are really light.

How long until products expire?

We recommend you to use your products within 6 months of opening. Unopened can last up to 2 years.

Can I travel with these skincare products?

Yes. We specifically made sure to make our products in sizes that can be taken on your hand luggage. This way your scalp and face will never go dry!

Are your products only for bald people?

Whilst we made our formulas with bald heads in mind, they can be used by anyone. Our partners actually all use our products, and really like them!

Why pay premium prices when generic brands cost less?

Good question! With our products, we focussed hard on adding premium, quality ingredients that actually will work on our sensitive, bald head skin. This way our heads get the best treatment possible. When creating products with premium ingredients, the costs of making them increase as well. We see our heads as being the most important part of our body, so it requires special care. We do try and ensure our customers get as much value as possible, and our products do last a long time.

How can I get the best head shave possible?

How long do the blades last?

The Bald Express blades typically last around 40-50 shaves. This, of course, may differ slightly based on factors such as frequency of shave, hair length and how well you look after your blades.

Why use this over a normal razor?

Below are the biggest advantages that come with using an electric head shaver:

  • Convenience: When you are in a hurry in the morning, an electric head shaver does the job very quickly without any mess whatsoever. You simply shave your head and go out! No need for water, shaving cream or to rinse your head afterwards.
  • Comfort: No nicks, cuts or razor burns come with an electric head shaver. Whereas this does happen often when using a razor.
  • Time: When done correctly, you can shave your head in under 2 minutes!

How do you clean the blades?

After every shave, simply detach the blades and brush out any loose hairs. Rinse under a tap and allow to dry. The blades are attached using a magnet, so detaching and reattaching are very easy.

Can women shave their legs with this shaver?

Yes, 100% they can! Many of our female friends use the Bald Express already, as it is a quicker and easier way to shave their legs that with shaving cream and a razor.
